1) HHDS presents The Killdeer
A macabre comedy by Governor General's award winner James Reaney.
Three young people, Harry, Rebecca, and Eli, are trapped by the oppression of their small town. Events from the past have thrown them together, and somehow they must find a way to save each other. Behind them lurks the figure of Madam Fay, the evil cosmetics saleslady, with a secret of her own that is the key to their salvation. Can they figure it out before one of them is hung for murder?The Killdeer is a macabre comedy by Governor-General’s award winner James Reaney. His first play, it premiered in Toronto in 1960 and has since been performed across the country and in Britain. To celebrate Reaney’s 80th birthday, Hart House Drama Society is reviving this poetic and magical work.

2) HHDS Holiday Bash
The Drama Society will be hosting a festive get-together on the evening of
Friday December 15.
Close the book on the semester instyle, with a reading of the winning entry of the 2006 One-Act Playwriting Competition, the much-anticipated return engagement of "The Johnnie and Morgan Mystery Hour", and some very snazzy hors d'oeuvres!
